What is
a no-flip mattress?
A no-flip
mattress is a mattress that never needs to be flipped.
The Simmons
Company introduced this revolutionary “building-block” design to
the retail marketplace in January of 2000 after over 3 years of
research and development. Through rigorous testing, this design
was proven to be much more durable than a conventional bed set.
What is
a foundation?
A
foundation is the name given to a rigid, non-flexing box
spring. The Triton® Power-beam foundation is standard across
the entire Commercial product line and is the cornerstone of the
no-flip design innovated by the Simmons Company. The Triton®
foundation, which is available in an 8.75” standard and 5.50”
low profile height, was engineered for added durability and can
support up to 2000 pounds.
Is there
an advantage to using the 8.75” Triton foundation versus the
5.50” low-profile version?
No, there
is absolutely no difference in performance, feel, or durability
- it simply comes down to which height works best for your
application.
I
already have a box spring that I can use; do I need to order a
foundation with my mattress?
Unless you
use a Simmons foundation, or a supportive, rigid, non-yielding
foundation you will void your Simmons warranty. Mattress only
pricing is $100-off of the set price.
What is
the warranty coverage?
Bed sets
are covered under a 10-year, non-prorated warranty directly
through Simmons against defects in workmanship and materials.

its original, saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

on opened items. Please send your package by an insured and
prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
on returns.
How
thick are the mattresses?
The
thickness of each bedding model is listed in the mattress
description for each hotel property.
Does the
mattress require deep-pocketed sheets?
There is no
standard thickness mattress, so you will need to make sure that
the fitted sheet can accommodate the height of the mattress you
purchase.
What is
a Mattress Protector?
A cover, not a pad that is made of a
comfortable stretch fabric that is not only breathable and
non-allergenic, but also fire retardant and waterproof. These
truly unique covers are impermeable to dust mites, bed bugs,
mold and bacteria and add an unsurpassed layer of protection for
your new bed set.
What is the difference between a
Standard size King and a California King?
The dimensions of a standard size
King are 76’ x 80”, and the dimensions of a California King are
72” x 84”.
Can I purchase a Queen set with a
Split box spring (foundation)?
Yes, for an additional $100 charge.
Is a bed frame included with the
purchase of a bed set?
No, we do not include a bed frame
with the purchase of a bed set. |
